The Ukrainian Cultural Center of Rochester is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving and sharing Ukrainian culture, arts, and heritage. Supported by membership dues, donations, fundraising, social events, and the tireless work of our volunteers, the center covers operating costs by making our facilities available to members, member organizations, their families, their guests, and the public for social and community functions.

Ukrainians have come to America since the 1880s to pursue better lives and brighter futures for their children. As a thriving industrial center, Rochester has attracted many of these immigrants. Each new generation of Ukrainian immigrants has demonstrated hard work, patriotism, and social responsibility. Today, their descendants have built on this legacy, becoming successful entrepreneurs, doctors, lawyers, engineers, and philanthropists, impacting the Rochester community.
